THESE ARE NOT VEGAN

I was dismayed to see that to make these puddings, the instructions tell you to use 2 LARGE FREE RANGE EGGS. I did see in your description that you say you need to use an egg substitute to make these which is fine, but on receiving the packet, it actually tells you to use eggs. Of course, I can use a substitute, but I would never knowingly buy anything which is not vegan and these as they stand, are clearly not vegan. How can a store calling itself a 100% Vegan store sell these? Surely, a store calling itself a 100% vegan Superstore should acknowledge how cruel the egg industry is and not sell something which actually thinks its perfectly OK to eat eggs. I would never ever buy any product that promotes using eggs and I imagine other vegans feel the same. This product does belong in a vegan store and I am very disappointed.

This makes really good Yorkshire pudding. You would never know they are gluten free (except for the lack of glutened symptoms of course!) They mix and cook just like normal Yorkshire pudding.
