SPICE MIX FOR PREPARING TOFU LIKE VEGAN SCRAMBLED EGGS.
Vitam aromatic spice blend Scrambled Tofu helps you to create delicious vegan scrambled egg in no time. Indian Kala Namak rock salt lends this blend a unique flavour and fragrance. Curcuma adds the egg-yolkish yellow colour. But not only tofu becomes a real taste sensation with this blend, also vegan tofu frittata and omelette get that special something!
This just makes scrambled tofu so easy and tasty for the perfect quick breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. Requires tofu.
Directions for use:
Place 1 heaped tablespoon of scrambled tofu mixture in 100ml of water. Put 150g of tofu in a pan with a little oil and stir until golden and crumbly. Add the scrambled tofu mixture to the pan and stir vigorously, fry until the desired consistency is reached.
