Dehydrated granulate from soya, also known as "soya-meat", is mostly made of the extruded protein of soya beans. Simply rehydrate and add your own flavours or stock and use for bolognese, chilli, making meatballs and burgers and more. Just try it yourself and surprise your friends and family with your vegan gourmet creations!
PREPERATION: Soak in hot vegetable stock for approx. 10 - 15 minutes until the desired consistency is reached, pour off water and squeeze out with your hands, then process as you would with meat. Makes 2-3x of base weight after cooking.
