Just soak for 5 to 10 minutes in hot stock (or add any seasoning you like to the hot water) then pan fry, grill or add to stews or soups and let them simmer and soak up all the flavour from the stock or sauce. Great as schnitzel for sandwiches or burgers or to make a juicy vegan steak.
