This bright and zingy fresh sauerkraut is a mix of red and white cabbage flavoured with zesty lemon and ginger. Unpasteurised, raw fermented organic sauerkraut containing health-boosting lacto bacteria, which supports both the digestive and immune systems.
As an unpasteurised sauerkraut, this product requires a special lid to allow it to continue to ferment. We recommend using a round tipped knife or similar utensil to lever up the edge. It should then be possible to peel off the lid. In order to enjoy the sauerkraut at its best we recommend consuming the contents of the jar within 3-4 days after opening.
