Bean mix is ideal for soups, casseroles, salads and pates. For a quick and healthy salad, mix beans with vinaigrette and chopped fresh herbs. Wash then soak overnight in cold water, rinse well then boil in unsalted water, simmer for 60 minutes or until tender.
