Our pack of four rum mince pies are deep filled with mincemeat containing vine fruits, sultanas, raisins, currants, apple, candied fruit peel, and the all important Harrogate Rum from the Smokehouse Distillery. The pies are finished with icing piped on top, making them look almost too good to eat! This treat makes a great gift for all rum lovers to enjoy.
Ingredients: Pastry (30%): wheat flour (fortified with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin and thiamine), vegetable oil (rapeseed and palm oil in various proportions), sugar, salt, raising agent, baking powder, water.
Mincemeat filling (50%): dried vine fruits (30%), sultanas, raisins, currants, apple, glucose syrup, candied peel, (4%) (orange peel, lemon peel, fructose syrup, salt), natural rum flavouring, mixed spice, colour: Natural Caramel (E150a), orange oil, lemon oil, acidity regulator, aectic acid E260, waxy corn maize, gelling agents (E440, E407, E415), acid E330, acid regulator E331, E341, preservative E202, firming agent E508, Harrogate Rum (2%).
Icing (20%): Sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable oil (rapeseed and palm oil in various proportions), E471 dextrose, fructose, cornflour, humectant (glycerine), rice starch, emulsifier (E473), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural colours (E433, E100).
