Gram Flour is milled from chick peas and is widely used in Indian cuisine for making pakora and bhajis. It is also useful for thickening soups and sauces. To make chapatti style flatbreads, Simply mix with water and seasoning to make a smooth dough, then roll out into flat round discs. Brush with oil and shallow-fry each chapatti in a non-stick pan.
