Use coconut milk powder as a convenient alternative to canned coconut milk. It contains approximately 65% coconut oil content and retains much of the nutritional content of the raw coconut. Add to curries, desserts, cakes, sauces, smoothies, yoghurts or coffee. Simply mix 1-2 tablespoons with warm water to create rich instant cream or milk. High in lauric, capric and caprylic acid – many of the medium chain fatty acids present in coconut oil.
