Raw chocolate is made using the traditional stone ground method, in which giant millstones grind the raw materials into chocolate mass for two to three days. At the low temperature of the manufacturing process, below 42 degrees, we ensure that the properties of the cocoa bean remain preserved until the finished product. The gentle stone mill treatment also affects the texture and softness of the chocolate. Our sweet chocolate gets its sweetness from Indonesian coconut sugar with a low glycemic index, which has been titled the most sustainable sweetener in the world. Bacillus coagulans probiotics have been added to all our chocolate products.
This raw chocolate
combines full-bodied and intense raw chocolate with spicy ginger. The
full-bodied, mouth-watering delicacy delights over and over again. You
can enjoy raw chocolate ginger as is, but they are also great for
dessert decoration. Chocolate ginger also serves as a great snack, so the
