Raw chocolate is made using the traditional stone ground method, in which giant millstones grind the raw materials into chocolate mass for two to three days. At the low temperature of the manufacturing process, below 42 degrees, we ensure that the properties of the cocoa bean remain preserved until the finished product. The gentle stone mill treatment also affects the texture and softness of the chocolate. Finally, a gentle icing wrap the creamy, full-bodied cashew in dark raw chocolate. Our sweet chocolate gets its sweetness from Indonesian coconut sugar with a low glycemic index, which has been titled the most sustainable sweetener in the world. Bacillus coagulans probiotics have been added to all our chocolate products.
