How long will my delivery take

We are doing our best to dispatch orders within 1 working day of reciept (excluding footwear orders as sometimes styles/sizes are ordered in specially). Tracking information will follow as soon as your order is on its way to you so please only contact us about dispatch of your order if necessary.

Will my delivery be contact-free

Both of our couriers, DPD and Myhermes, are offering contact-free delivery. No handheld units will be required to be signed and you can leave a safe place request with us when you place your order.

I am having problems checking out

The most common problem customers face when checking out is that the website diverts them back to the shopping basket. If this is the case then there will be a green bar with an error message highlighted near the top of the page. Please read the error message and make the required corrections to your basket in order to continue.

If you have created an account previously you must sign in to your account prior to checking out as you cannot re-register or checkout as a guest if your email address is already registered on the system. Please note our newsletter sign-up popup is not registering for an account - these are different systems.

How do I stop the newsletter popup

Tick the box in the bottom left of the popup which says 'do not show this message again'.

How will I know when my collection order is ready

We will email you once your order is ready for collection. You can collect your order anytime within our opening hours, Monday-Saturday 9.30am-5.30pm and Sunday 11am-5pm.

When will an item be back in stock

Please sign up for an email reminder on the out of stock item product page and you'll be the first to know once new stock arrives.

I wish to add/remove items from my order

We're afraid we are unable to add or remove any items from orders currently so please make any changes prior to checking out.

I forgot to enter my discount code

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discount codes to orders once they have been submitted. You can however use your sign-up discount towards your next order instead.

Can I come and shop in your retail store

Yes, please do! We're open to the public 7 days a week from our store at the Royal Quays Shopping Centre in North Shields.

Can I place a telephone order

We're asking for all orders to be placed via the website whilst we are all hands on deck to get deliveries unpacked and orders shipped. Please contact us if you are having difficulty placing an order and we'll be able to assist.
