Pickled mouli product is radish cubes, pickled in sweet, sour, and mildly salty brine, it has very refreshing flavour and provides a colourful crunchy twist. The lovely pink colour comes from hibiscus flowers being infused into the pickling liquor. It is popular in Korea.
Ways we enjoy: as a side dish with meat alternatives. Try in a vegan sandwich or wrap. Stuff in fried tofu for a sweet and sour crunch.
