About Us
We are an independent, family run vegan health food store and online
retailer run entirely by vegans! Our mission is to make it
as easy as possible to lead a cruelty free lifestyle and we would love to
help you on your journey. We sell everything from food, drinks, organics
and wholefoods to cruelty free footwear and clothing. We were voted
‘Best Vegan Store’ in the Vegan Awards UK 2017 & 2019.
Our Products
Everything
we sell is vegan, dairy free, lactose free and egg free and we also cater for many
other dietary requirements such as gluten free, coeliac,
soya free, low protein/PKU and nut free. We will always try to locate Organic, Fair Trade, Gluten Free or Palm Oil free options when possible. We add new products weekly and
we’re always on the lookout for the next best vegan thing! Expect to
find products from ethical, vegan companies which you won’t find in the
supermarkets. If you are looking for a vegan product which we don't
currently stock, please ask and we’ll do our best to find it for you.
How to Buy From Alternative Stores -
Our Online Store
You’ll
find our online store bursting with great vegan products all available
for delivery to your door. We deliver chilled and frozen goods using
special insulated packaging designed to keep your products at the required temperatures and we use a DPD
next day delivery service which covers most of the UK. DPD give
you a 1 hour delivery window the morning your parcel is due for
delivery and alternative options should no-one be home to accept your delivery. Delivery via DPD costs £6.50 for up to 30kg or we offer free mainland UK delivery on
orders £60+. If you live outside the DPD postal zone then we may offer an alternative delivery method via Myhermes. Please get a quote from the shopping cart section.
Our Store
Our
store is 20 minutes outside of Newcastle upon Tyne city centre. We're based in Plant Based Valley in Seaton Delaval, Whitley Bay. We're open 7 days a week and we have ample free parking outside.
Our opening hours are:
Monday - Friday - 9am-5pm
Saturday - 10am-4pm
Sunday - Closed
Please note we are closed on all public holidays & bank holidays.
