Quick and easy to make vegan Yorkshire pudding mix, made with love in Ella's vegan kitchen. Makes 6 large Yorkshire's in a muffin tray or 12 smaller Yorkshire's in a muffin tray. Cover with lashings of vegan gravy and enjoy a delicious addition to your Sunday roast. Can also be used to make vegan toad-in-the-hole or pancakes. Each pack contains added vitamins, minerals and iron and 20p from each pack sold goes to Miracle's Mission animal charity.
