Chilled and Frozen Delivery Notes:


Chilled Orders: - Minimum order value of £10.
Chilled orders will need either a chilled / freezer bag or box and ice packs. Our system will automatically add a chill / freezer bag charge of £1.99 to your order at the checkout.
The chilled packaging will keep the order cool for upto 48 hours and we advise customers to take the order in as quickly as possible and refridgerate it.
Do not change the delivery date for chilled items as they are time sensitive, we can not accept responsibility for items when the delivery date is changed.


Frozen Orders: Minimum order value of £20
Frozen orders will need either a freezer box or freezer bag for delivery and ice packs. Our system will automatically add a chill / freezer bag charge of £1.99 to your order at the checkout.
To ensure the correct temperature in the freezer box, a minimum order of £20 is required to ensure there are enough items to do so.
Frozen orders do need to be taken in and placed in the freezer as soon as the order is delivered.
Frozen orders can only be sent to UK mainland addresses on a next day delivery.

Terms & Conditions For Chilled & Frozen Orders.
Customers do need to supply us with a suitable delivery address for these types of deliveries, as they must be delivered first time by the couriers.
Our system will update you as your order is despatched and usually our couriers will notify you with a predicted time of delivery.
We do suggest tracking your order for chilled and frozen orders and informing us if there are any delays.
We can not take responsibilty for issues with these order if customers are not present to accept delivery on the day of delivery day or when customers change the delivery day with the couriers.
PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE DELIVERY DATE ON CHILLED AND FROZEN ORDERS.

Customers can suggest a safe place to leave orders or request a specific delivery day at the end of the order process.
Orders can be sent to a work address, left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Adding a mobile telephone number to your account allows us to notify you by text of when your order will be delivered.
Our system will update customers as the order is sent out and also provides tracking when available.
