Gluten Free Pinhead Oatmeal is a coarse oatmeal suitable for a thicker porridge. Also used in foods such as oatcakes.

Directions for use:

Boil 550ml (1pint) of water, slowly add oatmeal 50g (2oz), stirring all the time. Continue stirring gently until there are signs of thickening. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for about 20 minutes or longer if a thicker porridge is desired.

Ingredients: 100% oats (gluten free).

Packed in biodegradable/compostable packaging including the sellotape, film and label. Bags are made from cellulose (made from wood pulp).
